Pastel colors look harmonious and perfectly complement any look, and interspersed with different-sized particles add interesting visual effects. Shade 03 is the most delicate color of pink powder with galactic dust particles. The base has a medium consistency and the ability to self-leveling. It is easy to apply with a brush and does not flow on the nail walls and cuticles. The base is characterized by durability subject to observance of application technique.

Application recommendations: Under a pigmented base, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of Rubber Base Gel or Quick Base with rubbing movements with polymerization for 30 seconds in a Led lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp. Then apply 2 thin layers of the pigmented base with polymerization of each layer for 90-120 seconds.

At the discretion of the master, it is allowed to apply one layer with a slight (minimum) alignment of the nail plate, if necessary. Polymerization in this case is also 90-120 seconds.
