Color No.04 is a bright and seductive fuchsia. Use it as an accent or mix with gel, acrylic or Rubber Base (requires further polymerization and application of top). You can also sprinkle glitter on No Sticky Top, which will add shimmer to the manicure, and also give the nails an unusual velvety texture.
